Projects

Regional Air Access Initiative:

Expanding Aviation to Underserved CommunitiesLeading an independent initiative focused on expanding air travel access to underserved communities in the U.S. Using Lubbock and surrounding West Texas cities as a case study, I explored the feasibility of regional routes using semi-private aviation models to reduce dependence on major hubs. The project included market research, operational modeling, and route optimization to identify high-demand connections that could be served efficiently with minimal capital.I had the opportunity to present this business concept in front of the founder of People's Bank and two early investors in 7 Brew Coffee, receiving mentorship and valuable feedback on financial modeling and community impact.

The Raider Room Movers

Founded Raider Room Movers, a student-focused moving and storage service at Texas Tech University, identifying an underserved market and building operations from the ground up to serve the TTU student community.
